TERMS AND CONDITIONS Morocco wheels

1. Booking & Payment
All rentals must be booked in advance. A valid driver’s license and payment are required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in MAD and may vary based on duration, location, or vehicle type.

2. Driver Requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid license with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

3. Insurance & Liability
All vehicles include basic insurance. Additional coverage can be purchased for extra protection. The renter is responsible for damages not covered under standard insurance.

4. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Refueling fees apply if the vehicle is returned with less.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Later cancellations may incur charges.

6. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving (unless a 4×4), or without prior approval for cross-region travel.

7. Late Returns
A grace period of 1 hour applies. After that, extra day charges may apply.
